Am I going to have any trouble using +P rounds in my Springfield XD 45?

The rounds are fine to fire through your gun but there will be extra wear on your gun if the gun is a newer model you can put more rounds through it than if it was an older gun. The Tap rounds are more designed for personal protection than target shooting. Buy a box fire a couple of rounds see how it shoots save the rest for home or work protection.
