Could this be my period? Or pregnant...?

I'm due for my period in about 5 days, and I've been having sore (not unbearably sore, but sore when they move a certain way), weird cramp/feelings in my abdomen, and my face has broken out terribly. I never have sore s when I have my period, but I do break out. This has never happened this early to me, though. My boyfriend and I were fooling around (completely naked) and the last day of my last period. He didn't go inside of me, and he didn't come near my southern area, but our were touching.. Could these symptoms be due to pregnancy, or is it just my period? I'm so scared! Thanks for the help
