Do dealerships buy used cars if you're not doing a trade-in?

My car is a 2001 Chevy Blazer with a HUGE dent in the hood (don't ask). I don't want to deal with the hle of selling to a private party and am willing to accept a little less than the KBB value, as long as I break even with what I owe the bank (about $3000). Any tips on selling to a dealership or to a service like Cash for Cars?
