Why does Oscar Robertson get snubbed so often?

I also believe Oscar Robertson averaged most of those points before they had a 3 point line as well. Most of us never saw these players play, but if your a fan of basketball there are plenty of books, restored video footage of old games, and even the internet to learn about these truly greats. Most of us only know MJ, Magic, and larry and not much after them due to the lack of advertising and televised games.
