Has anyone used the li kang cream?

Hii i was just wondering if anyone has ever used the Li kang cream from China designed to treat candia acne. I have tiny spots across my cheek and jaw line that never go away. my friend was telling me about candida acne and how it flares up when you eat anything with sugar and carbs which is almost everything. Can anyone please tell me if this cream is helpful in treating this acne and does it have any side effects ? thank you will really appreciate your answers.
