Starting Injectibles and IUI! Any Adivce or positive outcomes? PLEASE!?

Hi today I will start Gonal F Injections 150 on Cycle Days 7, 9 and 11. I am also on Femara 5 for 5 days... Based on the ultra sound on cycle day 12 I will then have the HSG shot to trigger ovulation and then have an insemination the next day.... Does this sound like I will have a good chance of finally making a baby? Does this sounds like standard protocol? Tell me what happened to you and what you think! Thanks soo much Baby Dust to all!
