What to make if you had this customer report you to corporate/may sue?

dont worry you have apologized enough------if some thing going to happen ,the worst thing is you may get the warning,--------------secondly if the same thing happen again ,show that you are really sorry and leave every thing get some medicine etc ,----------create a big dramma----some time you can tell the customer that you will loose the job if reported ---that helps------------good luck
