The Host by Stephenie Meyer?

I read the book over the summer and I forgot that book of the month is due tomorrow and I haven't read any books this month that I hadn't used before. I need a refresher course! I don't remember the names of the characters except Wanderer/Wanda, but I remember the basic plot. Please help!
