Cooking sardines in a bottle inside the pressure cooker?

I'd like to know how to cook sardines in a bottle or jar. I knew that it should be cooked through a pressure cooker. During cooking, do i need to completely close the bottles? I'm thinking that pressure might break the gl bottle. keeping it open will aculate water too.
