Are any titles going to change hands at Royal Rumble '08?

At the moment theres only two title matches, right? Mysterio vs. Edge and Jeff Hardy vs. Orton. I'm uming unless Vince suprise announces an ECW title shot of CM punk vs. Chavo then this is the final list of matches. So do we think either of the titles will change hands? I doubt it because Rey sort of stumbled into a title shot (no emotional build up) and Jeff has been seen on the NWO poster which as I'm told is pretty conclusive that he will lose. So what are your opinions guys?
