Are there any other premade raw food brands OTHER THAN Bravo and Nature's Variety

ALSO, how do i transition my chihuahua's diet from kibble to raw? She's eating Royal Canin, and I'm not sure how to transition her diet. I know canned pumpkin will help her digestive tract, so i'll be putting that into her food, but what else can i do?
