Can I put ceramic tile over an epoxy-painted concrete floor?

I painted my entire unfinished basement floor with the Quikrete Epoxy Floor Finish and included color sprinkles. But now I would like to add a bathroom down there, and have a ceramic tile floor. Can I install tile directly over the epoxy-coated concrete floor? Will the thinset bond to this surface?
