A company out of the uk called Primetechtechcomset, inc. Have you heard of it?

I was IM'g a representative from this company and this is the way he spelled it. i have not been able to get anymore information online about them and they want me to work for their company as a freelancer. Where else can I look up information on this company. They have "mini" offices in Canada and the US.
