Isn't it true that the only list that matters in national football competitions is this one?

The list and the order is correct, except: Spain should be added on the top 5 and Portugal as a top10; Uruguay and Hungary are not anymore between the better Countries, in football; Hungary by long time, now, Uruguay just since a decade ago; Czechoslovakia is not anymore a unified Country: Czech Republic did quiet well, till now, but was overwhelmed by Slovakia during qualify rounds for next WC; Sweden is a good team as Denmark.
