Just found out Im pregnant. Advice on health insurance....!?

I just found out that I am pregnant and I have no health insurance. I know that I could get medicaid but that is not a route that Im willing to go...My fiance and I would pay out of pocket before doing that. Is there a special insurance plan made just for expecting women or would I just have to get a regular health insurance plan? And i know that insurance companies don't cover preexisting problems, but does pregnancy fall under that category? I haven't went to my first visit with my obgyn yet...so I could act like I don't know.
