Preeclampsia? 39 weeks HELP!?

My midwife just left a message that after bloodwork that I have signs of Preeclampsia. My due date is Monday. I can't call to find out any further info until tomorrow morning. Has anyone experienced it this late in pregnancy? She said on the message that she wants me to have bloodwork repeated on Monday! If so, will my midwife still be permitted to perform delivery? I don't care for the Dr. she practices under. Do I have to be induced? Is there possibility of a C-section? I am so scared.
