Rebate question??? ssn ending in 49??

has anyone recieved their second notice or did they get any information on the irs website??? my last two is 49 and i'm not seeing any info yet i called the irs and they said that it scheduled to be mailed by june 13 and that i should recieve my notice a week before but i know people that didn't even get a notice and no info was given to them on the website and got their checks earlier.. the agent couldn't even tell me how much i would be getting which i know it should show how much, her excuse was that it's hasn't been fully processed yet UHHHH i guess some people are just more luckier than others lol...
