Are My Rats Gonna Kill Each Other?

Once your rats became ually mature they will insist on having their own territory. Many times it is much worse for you to separate the animals and then return them to the same cage. I would separate them permanently. they are not by nature social animals and don't need each others company to be happy. If you don't you might wake up one morning to find that one has literally castrated the other.
