Can anyone suggest a method of sending and receiving money by internet? I can't use paypal or egold.?

Paypal does not accept maestro cards and have been very unhelpful in isting me, and egold will not accept my application because it tells me (on whatever computer i use) that there is something wrong with my i.p. address. I just need to be able to receive and send payments but have spent 2 weeks trying!!! Help!!!!
